Description:
Olive oil Pomace in assortiment refined with the addition of unrefined olive oil of the first cold pressing Extra Virgin. It is made from the remaining pulp of olives (cake) after their first pressing. Pomace oil is ideal for frying, deep-frying, stewing vegetables. The burning temperature of the oil is 260C, it does not produce carcinogens and does not add extra smells and tastes to food. Suitable for cooking hot vegetable and meat dishes, as well as sauces and mayonnaise.
