Description:
Extra Virgin DOP olive oil of the first cold pressing. DOP is a sign confirming that the oil was invented and manufactured in a certain region of Italy. The oil will be an excellent addition to meat and fish carpaccio, grilled meat, any fish dishes. Recommended with traditional Italian dishes: artichokes, bean soup, baked potatoes, grilled pork, Pecorino and Scamorza cheeses, aged Ricotta. At temperatures below 12C, a solid precipitate may form, after raising the bottle to room temperature, the normal characteristics of olive oil return.
