Boiled sausage is a traditional addition to breakfast bread. It is fried, added to omelet and scrambled eggs, in hodgepodge and stewed vegetables, used instead of boiled meat for making salads. Cooked smoked sausage is used as an appetizer, for making various salads, sandwiches, pizza, as well as a number of stews, boiled and fried dishes. It goes well with baked goods and sauces. Uncooked smoked sausage can be served as part of cold cuts, used in the preparation of various sandwiches, as well as some hot dishes and meat salads.
