Description:
Frozen beef in blocks of trimmed meat is a product obtained by the process of separating meat and dividing into grades – trimming. It is made by hand with a special sharp knife, with which the muscle tissue of the carcass is cut into small pieces weighing 400-500 grams along the muscle connection lines to separate the meat. Depending on the fat content of the product, excellent stews, baked and fried dishes are obtained from it, as well as minced meat, sausages, and meat loaves.
