ROSEMARY (classic / crushed)

Rosemary is a seasoning, on the basis of which fragrant vinegar is prepared, and its leaves go well with all types of meat. It is widely used in marinating pork, lamb and rabbit meat to fight off the specific smell and give it a kind of "forest" aroma of game. It does not lose its aroma during prolonged heat treatment and can be added when frying, stewing or baking food. It is added to sauces, soups and cheese dishes.
