Description:
Pasta is a favorite dish of Italians, they cook it with vegetables, meat, seafood, add special sauces and seasonings (carbonare, pesto and others). Spaghetti is not brought to the state of collapsing dough, but slightly undercooked - so they retain their shape and flavor. Semolina dough - flour from durum wheat and water - is extruded through bronze dies, giving it various shapes. This paste can be distinguished by its characteristic matte color and “rough” surface.
