At the very end of the Italian "Heel", surrounded by cultivated fields and cliff benches overhanging the sea, there is one of the key areas of the olive oil production in Italy - the Bari region. The Apulian olive oil is difficult to characterize with one particular word: the range of local varieties of olives is just as varied as the landscape of this region. However, having the DOP status, it is recognized by gourmets worldwide. 

Bari is the place where the enterprise of the Luglio family is located, which treats the manufacture of olive oil the same as perfume houses treat the creation of luxury fragrances. It is no coincidence that the oil of this plant is supplied to the Italian parliament. 

From our Bari trip, we have brought the Luglio oil under its own brand - Donna Sofia. This oil:
