AROSA WINS THE BPM PROJECT OF THE YEAR ' 2019
The BPM project of the year contest is organized and held by the Russian association of professionals in business process management(ABPMP Russian Chapter) powered by the IT cluster of the SKOLKOVO Foundation and the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation. The aim of the contest is to disseminate best practices and technologies in management of business processes and administrative policies through the widest possible awareness of successful projects of the business community, representatives of state and municipal bodies, professionals in the field of management and IT.
The contest participants are various companies and organizations from Russia and the EEU member states that have succeeded in implementing a project that improves management practices and enhances the efficiency of a specific entity based on business process management methods and technologies (BPM, Business Process Management).
Arosa won an award in the "Most effective project" nomination for inventing a comprehensive business process management system. The integration of BPM helps the company to monitor the state of processes at any time, focus on key issues, take timely measures to improve processes, identify and automate routine areas at the highest possible level. As part of the project, the company's processes underwent a large-scale inventory, their system accounting and regulation were established, in-house process optimization technology and quality audit methodology were developed.
The work performed made it possible for Arosa to improve flexibility, to become more resistant to changes, and reduce the process-related risks.
