Own production of cheesecakes

We launched our own range of cheesecakes under our STM the ONE!

Cheesecake is one of the most recognisable desserts in the world. Sweet pie with creamy filling and crispy crust is loved by adults and children.

There are two types of dessert in our range and each is unique in its own way. New York cheesecake is characterised by a "pure" flavour with a slight note of vanilla. New York with chocolate is similar to the classic, but dark chocolate tones down the sweetness of the base.

Preparation method: take the frozen product out of the mould, defrost at +2°C to +4°C for 3-4 hours.

Shelf life - 180 days. At temperatures from -18°C to -20°C. After defrosting, store at +2°C to +4°C and consume within 12 hours.
