On March 27, in Yakutsk, we organized a master class for Inco-Trade company on cooking mussels in the style of street food and other dishes from the brand chef of AROSA Roman Burtsev.
The delicious and rich program attracted more than 60 guests, who received a lot of positive emotions and were delighted with the event.
Brand chef Roman Burtsev talked about how to cook Chilean mussels correctly, as well as what sauces and fillings should be chosen for them.
Great attention was paid to the variety of the street food menu – an original Dutch style sandwich with herring, relish with grain mustard and crispy onions on a Bagerstat hot dog bun, Japanese Onigiri sandwiches with various fillings and Mexican quesadilla were prepared.
For many dishes, Roman used Servolux chicken products as a filling – baked chicken thigh fillet and minced Bolognese.
