The presentation of the Patissier chocolate took place on January 25, 2018 at the
Exclusive Academy of Culinary Arts, and its founder
Elena Shramko became the author's partner of AROSA. The brand was presented by its creator and ideological inspirer, third-generation
French chocolatier Jacques Poulin.
More than a hundred guests were able to taste not only the chocolate itself, but also the work of Jacques Poulin from the product, and after the official part, talk to the chocolatier and learn the secrets of his work.
During the presentation, Jacques Poulin also demonstrated how products from different Patissier lines behave in work, namely couverture, chocolate and icing. He
prepared some gorgeous desserts in front of the guests.

modern factory Aalst by a company that has established itself in 45 countries around the world.
