Roman made three vegetable dishes with Planto almond, banana and coconut milk.

Event Menu: 1. Asparagus sous vide with mashed potatoes on almond milk with balsamic cream. 2. Carrots sous vide with banana milk sauce with chia seeds. 3. Pumpkin cream soup on coconut milk.

All three dishes fit perfectly into the concept of a Lenten menu, as Planto is lactose-free and 100% plant-based.
